Comments: I found an old concert stub from "The Whisky a go go" on Sunset Blvd. It was dated Dec. 8th 1980, the night John Lennon died. The Kings were playing that night,I forgot the name of the other band that played with them. Some one announced that John had died, and everyone was either shocked or crying. I was wondering if the original band members have any memories of that night they would want to share. Thank you.

We have a station in Southern Indiana (over the river) that is dj'd by high school students as part of thier grade and we can hear your music on that station often. I have only lived in Louisville for a couple of years and have been in Salt Lake City, UT where suprisingly we had lots of Candian bands at the gardens at the U of U. I've still got the single (burried in a stack of old stuff), but recently purchased "The Kings are Here and more" and "Party Live in "85". I love both albums.
